Spacious and comfortable room for relaxation.
I faced numerous issues. The plumbing in the bathroom was very disappointing and often left me feeling frustrated. The toilet wouldn't flush unless the handle was held down, and the shower temperature was unpredictable, made showering quite unpleasant. I also noticed several maintenance issues like a peeling wallpaper and a loose handle on the bathroom door. Asking for basic amenities like a mini fridge seemed to be a hassle, which only added to my overall disappointment.

Would definitely recommend for taking strolls
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the free hot breakfast had a good selection that energized our mornings, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby parks and attractions.
The only downside was the limited parking availability.

Corey, the front desk clerk, was very courtious and helpful! He went out of his way to locate two plastic wine glasses and had them delivered to our room while we were at dinner.
Very limited parking; we had to park across the road at the Ontario Mall. We wanted to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the lobby fireplace but it was designed as a fascade, not a functioning fireplace.
